ShopinSun 100% Satisfaction Guarantee Program Policy(10-day Return Policy)

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING ONE PERCENT SATISFACTION GUARANTEE POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SERVICE. By using this service, you agree to the terms of this 0ne Percent Satisfaction Program Guarantee Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this 0ne Percent Satisfaction Guarantee Program Policy, you may not use this service. We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update this 0ne Percent Satisfaction Guarantee Program Policy, and you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations, or updates once they are posted on our Web site.

 

Whenever Shoppers at ShopinSun.com apply the merchants who have joined ShopinSun “100% Satisfaction Guarantee Program” for exchange or return and refund, ShopinSun has the right to investigate and verify the documents submitted by the both parties as the third party and make the judgment according to these documents. Therefore, the documents submitted by both parties of the transactions shall be true, legal and valid. ShopinSun shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss, damage, expense or injury resulting from any judgment made by ShopinSun.

1. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee Program

ShopinSun “100% Satisfaction Guarantee Program” (also called 10-day Return Program) is a special after-sale service provided by the Merchants using the services of ShopinSun.com to the Members of ShopinSun (refers to Shoppers hereafter) whenever shoppers purchase from the Merchants. The Merchants joined this program shall all agree to this Policy and accept exchange, return and refund service in 10 days to their shoppers to accordance with this Policy. Specifically, whenever Shoppers at ShopinSun.com purchase items from the Merchants that have joined ShopinSun “100% Satisfaction Guarantee Program”, the Merchants shall take the obligations to exchange, return and refund unsatisfied items that the Shoppers have purchased within 10 days (from the time of reception to following 240 hours if the shipping company/agency provide accurate reception time, or from the 0’oclock of the next day since reception to the following 240 hours if the shipping company/agency cannot provide accurate reception time) since the Shoppers signed for the item (subject to the time of the signature for shipping receipts) according to this Policy.

2. Requirements to the shoppers applying for the service of “100% Satisfaction Guarantee Program”
2.1 The merchant you transacted with has already joined our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee Program before you order this/these item(s)
2.2 The item (s) you want to return or exchange has/have already accepted the service of 100% Satisfaction Guarantee Program before you order this/these item(s) because some products do not accept the service of this Program that the Merchants must clearly and obviously mark or explain as “This item cannot be returned" on their product detail at their website).
2.3 You have registered as our member before you order this/these item(s)
2.4 You have contact the Merchant but it refuses to provide exchange, return or refund service; or you can not contact the Merchant
2.5 The item(s) you want to return or exchange is/are accordance with the return and refund conditions stipulated in Item Categories & Particular Return Conditions
2.6 The time of you apply for return is within 10 days since you receive the package (subject to the date of your signature for logistic receipts)

3. The application procedure for the service of “100% Satisfaction Guarantee Program”

Under the conditions of clause 2 in this Policy, the Shoppers can apply for the service of “100% Satisfaction Guarantee Program” according to following procedures,

3.1 Email to returnapplication@ShopinSun.com to apply for return.
3.2 Received your claim, you are maybe required to provide necessary information and documents.
3.3 We inform the merchant and the merchant will contact you to return the items when we consider your application for return is tenable.
3.4 You shall pay the return shipping costs if the return is not a result of merchant’s error.
3.5 Email to returnshipping@ShopinSun.com to provide necessary information and documents to apply for refund when you believe the merchant has received your return.
3.6 The merchant refund you according to our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee Program Policy.

4. Merchants" obligation and punishment for violation

4.1 By joining our “100% Satisfaction Guarantee Program”, the Merchants shall agree and strictly abide by this Policy and provide after-service according to this policy.
4.2 If Shoppers apply for the service of “100% Satisfaction Guarantee Program”, the Merchants shall positively respond to the application and voluntarily negotiate with the Shoppers, timely provide ShopinSun required documents, in order to reach an agreement on the issue of return and refund service by voluntary and friendly way.
4.3 If ShopinSun believes a Merchant violated this policy, we have the right to punish the Merchant and refund the Shoppers by using of the money of the account of the Merchant.
